At FilmFlow Studio, privacy and data protection are not treated as legal formalities or marketing claims.

They are treated as operational responsibilities.

We design systems and workflows to minimize unnecessary data handling, prevent misuse, and ensure information is used only for the purpose for which it was provided.

Purpose Limitation by Design

Information is collected and used only for clear, defined purposes.

We do not silently repurpose information across functions.

Data provided for one reason is not reused for another without justification and permission.

This applies across:

  • inquiries and communications

  • governance evaluation

  • operational coordination

  • commercial discussions

Purpose determines access, handling, and retention.

No Automatic Capture or Reuse

Information does not automatically flow into systems or downstream processes.

Human review determines:

  • whether information is relevant

  • how it should be handled

  • whether it should be retained

  • whether further engagement is appropriate

Automation does not override judgment when it comes to personal or organizational information.

Consent Is Explicit. Interest Is Documented.

Where consent is required, we seek it explicitly.

Where legitimate interest applies, it is assessed and documented.

  • We do not assume permission.

  • We do not rely on silence as consent.

  • We do not enroll contacts into communications without a clear basis.

Marketing communication is handled separately from operational or governance-related contact.

Less Data, Less Risk

We intentionally limit:

  • the amount of information collected

  • the number of systems it touches

  • the duration it is retained

Information is retained only as long as it remains operationally necessary or legally required, and is reviewed periodically.

Reducing data surface area is a core privacy and security practice.

We maintain separation between:

  • governance evaluation

  • sales engagement

  • marketing activity

Each function has different handling rules and safeguards.

Information does not move between them by default.

Careful handling of information is not a constraint on our work.

It is a prerequisite for trust.
